Rogue Valley Order Company, LLC ("the desk") operates buymarobrain.com as the direct ordering site for Marobrain. This policy describes the small amount of personal data the site touches and what happens to it.
What we collect
This site itself is static: it sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and collects nothing as you browse. Personal data enters the picture only when you order or contact us: your name, shipping address, email, and phone number arrive through the maker's checkout; the contents of any email you send arrive in our inbox. Card numbers are handled entirely by the payment processor and never reach the desk.
How we use it
Order data is used to fulfill your parcel, send tracking, honor the 60-day guarantee, and answer support questions. We do not sell personal data, rent lists, or send marketing email to buyers who have not asked for it.
Who sees it
Three categories of service providers: the payment processor (card handling), the carriers (USPS or UPS receive name and address to deliver), and our email host. Each receives only what its job requires. Beyond that, data leaves the desk only if the law compels it.
Retention and your choices
Order records are kept for the period tax and consumer law requires, then deleted. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or its deletion where the law allows, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
