The quick version: your Marobrain order leaves the US warehouse within 1 business day, tracking reaches your inbox within 24 hours of dispatch, and most continental US addresses take delivery in 3 to 7 business days.

Dispatch and carriers

The desk processes orders Monday through Friday. Anything placed on a business day is picked, packed, and handed to USPS or UPS within 1 business day; weekend orders go out Monday. The parcel ships from the maker's warehouse in the United States, so nothing sits in customs.

Caught a typo in your shipping address? Email the desk right away: before dispatch it takes seconds to correct. After dispatch, USPS and UPS both offer package-intercept options, and the desk triggers them wherever the carrier allows it.

Tracking your parcel

Once the carrier scans the parcel, a tracking link goes to the email you used at checkout, within 24 hours of dispatch. The link shows every scan from warehouse to porch. If the email does not appear, check the spam folder first, then write to the desk and a human resends it.

Delivery windows

Continental US: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 10 business days. PO boxes are fine through USPS. During major holiday weeks, add a buffer day or two; the carriers slow before the desk does.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain padded mailer sized for a standard mailbox. No product name, no health wording, nothing on the outside but the address labels. What the neighbors see is a beige envelope.

If something goes wrong

A parcel that stalls for more than 3 days without a new scan, arrives damaged, or goes missing gets replaced or refunded; write to the desk and it chases the carrier so you do not have to. Damaged bottles do not need to be returned; a photo is enough.
